  • SALES POLICY

    Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to applicable state sales tax, which will be added to the listed price of the item. Final Sales: All sales are considered final once the merchandise has been delivered. However, FV FURNITURE may review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis for potential exchanges. The outcome of such requests will be determined solely at the discretion of FV FURNITURE. Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted if the driver has not yet loaded the furniture onto the delivery truck. If the order is canceled after the furniture has been loaded, a 25% restocking fee of the final sale price, as well as a delivery fee, will apply.Damage or Defects: Customers must report any damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48-hour period, FV FURNITURE is not responsible for repairs or replacements. Inspection at Delivery/Pickup: Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup. Any issues must be noted and reported immediately. FV FURNITURE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
