Refund policy
All sales are final once merchandise is delivered. Nonetheless, FV Furniture will review special circumstances that may require an exchange. FV Furniture will examine case by case and holds the right to determine outcome. A cancellation notice can be accepted if the driver has not loaded furniture in the truck. Once on track, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of final sale as well as a delivery fee. Customer is entitled to report any damages or defects within a 48-hour period. After this grace period, FV Furniture is not responsible for merchandise’s repair. Customer is responsible to check merchandise at delivery or pickup.
