Welcome to FV Furniture. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "TOS") govern your use of our website (www.fvfurniture.com) (together or individually "Service") operated by FV Furniture ("we", "us", "our"). 

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. 

2. Purchases 

Order Acceptance 

By placing an order through our service, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

Pricing and Availability

FV Furniture strives to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on the service are accurate. However, you will need to contact us to check available inventory in stock. If we discover an error in the price of any items, we take the responsibility to inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your quote at the correct price.

Payment

FV Furniture currently take “Cash on Delivery” as the only payment method. We also offer the option of finance leasing program. We do not take credit or debit card payments over phone or online for security reasons.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy 

Shipping times and costs are outlined during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, delayed warehouse processing, or other factors beyond our control. 

All items purchased from FV Furniture are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Policy 

All sales are final once merchandise is delivered. Nonetheless, we will review special circumstances that may require an exchange or a cancellation. We will examine case by case, and we hold the right to determine outcome. 

The customer is entitled to report any damages or defects within a 48-hour period. After this grace period, we are not responsible for merchandise’s repair. Customer is responsible to check merchandise at delivery or pickup

And in case a customer requests a cancellation, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total cost of the order.

Service Use 

Acceptable Use 

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service: 

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. 

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way. 

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation. 

Prohibited Activities 

You agree not to: 

  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. 

  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Service.

FV Furniture may terminate or suspend your unpaid order to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. 

Limitation of Liability 

In no event shall FV Furniture, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: 

  • Your use of the Service. 

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. 

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service. 

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.

Governing Law 

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Houston, TX USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Changes to Service 

FV Furniture reserves the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Amendments to Terms

FV Furniture may amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
